Membership plans at Walsh Podiatry

We have developed VIP Membership packages for our loyal patients who come to see us regularly for Routine Chiropody / Podiatry.

Discover the benefits of our membership plan which includes all your essential Podiatry care, along with discounts on all retail products.

We have 4 podiatry membership plans covering different time intervals through the year that you can choose from, payment is made by direct debit on a monthly basis, for a period of 12 months.

These plans only relate to existing patients Routine Chiropody / Podiatry treatments at the practice.

  • Payment is through Stripe online via www.walshpodiatry.co.uk
  • Processing fees are included in the monthly membership amount.
  • Card payment details are held in Stripe only and are not shared with any other systems.
  • Client name, plan type and date are shared from Stripe via Zapier to Cliniko (our clinical records management system) in order to create and manage appointments.
  • Your twelve month membership will start on the first direct debit payment of the plan.
  • Walsh Podiatry reserves the right to change membership fees however once signed up there will be no change for 12 months.
  • The membership benefits are only valid for the client named on the membership, it cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • Treatments included are Routine Podiatry return appointments only.
  • The Annual health check, will occur once a year during a podiatry return appointment, the clinician will discuss when this is most appropriate for you.
  • Discount of 10% on retail products (exclusion list applies – ask reception).
  • Any additional appointments required in excess of what the plan allows will be chargeable at the standard routine Chiropody / Podiatry appointment rate.
  • In the event of staff absence or annual leave we may not be able to guarantee your preferred practitioner and we reserve the right to change this at the last minute.
  • Annual cancellation will occur at 12 months unless a renewal occurs. An email will be sent to the patient to inform them.
  • Cancellation under specific circumstances will be considered, please contact Members@walshpodiatry.co.uk with information. In this case 1 months notice must be given, and charges may be payable if appointments used are over proportion to months paid. An invoice will be sent clearly displaying any further charges, with an agreed timeline to settle.
  • Swapping plans is only possible at the end of the plan
  • Any missed or cancelled appointments where less than 24 hours notice is given will count as one of the membership plan appointments and will therefore be forfeited.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their appointments at appropriate intervals.
  • If you fail to use all allocated appointments within your membership period, they cannot be carried over, refunded, or reimbursed.
  • Appt Cancellations: If missed, less then 24 hours notice then appointment used.
  • 7 or 9 weeks returns: Choose 6 or 8 week memberships, and pay for extra at full price the end if needed
  • Specific Clinician: We will endeavour to provide you with the choice of clinician, however we reserve the right to change this last minute.
Membership Overview
Walsh Podiatry offers a membership scheme designed to provide patients with ongoing podiatry care at a fixed monthly cost. By signing up for the membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed entirely will be counted as used under your membership plan.
  • Appointment Frequency: Membership plans cover appointments at 4,6 or 8 or 12 week intervals. If you require appointments in between for example at 7 or 9 weeks, you must pay for any additional appointment separately at the standard rate.
  • Preferred Clinician: While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific clinicians, we reserve the right to change clinicians at short notice due to availability.
  • Payment Method: Payments are processed securely via Stripe online at http://www.walshpodiatry.co.uk
  • Card Security: Card details are stored within Stripe and are not shared with any other systems.
  • Data Sharing: Client name, plan type, and appointment details are shared from Stripe to Cliniko (our clinical records system) via Zapier for appointment management.
  • Start Date: Your 12-month membership begins on the date of your first direct debit payment. The 12 months membership means you have 12 months to take the number of appointments in the plan, if you use them all you can either pay as you go again at the current rate or take out a new plan.
  • Fee Adjustments: Walsh Podiatry reserves the right to adjust membership fees; however, your membership fee will remain fixed for 12 months from your sign-up date or until you use all the appointments in your plan.
  • Membership benefits apply only to the named client and are non-transferable.
  • Membership includes Routine Podiatry return appointments only.
  • An annual health check is included and will take place during a regular return appointment, with the timing decided by your clinician.
  • 10% discount on retail products (exclusions apply—please ask reception for details).
  • Annual Membership Renewal: Membership automatically ends after 12 months.
  • We will send an email reminder before your renewal date for you to renew.
  • Early Cancellation Requests: Cancellation before the end of the 12-month term may be considered under specific circumstances. Requests must be made in writing to Members@walshpodiatry.co.uk with at least one month’s notice. If appointments have been used beyond the proportion of months paid, additional charges may apply. An invoice will be issued, clearly outlining any outstanding fees, with an agreed payment deadline.
  • Plan Swaps: You may only switch to a different membership plan at the end of your current plan.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their appointments at appropriate intervals.
  • If you fail to use all allocated appointments within your membership period, they cannot be carried over, refunded, or reimbursed.
Book An Appointment
