For runners, walkers and anyone involved in activity spotting the signs that could lead to injury could be very helpful. To know when a pain is normal and when its not can mean the difference between continuing to do the activity or not.

” I have been going to Dean Walsh 11 years, in all of that time I have always been totally impressed with the service he offers. 6 years ago I got Neuromas in both feet which were very painful. I have been attending an NHS Podiatrist but was always told to go to outdoor specialists, even though a fortune was spent – no relief. Then Dean took over and what a difference.
I had an assessment, got measured for Orthotics and Dean measured my feet for new trainers that had the depth for the Orthotics. For the first time in 6 years I can honestly say I am walking on air – literally! I can not thank Dean enough and an added bonus is that he is now getting me some sandals for the summer with Orthotics!! This will allow me to go out during the summer in sandals and not experience excruciating pain. Jenny and Julie provide excellent customer care as they sort out my appointments ( I have a head like a sieve!!) They ring me to remind me the day before my appointment is due and also on the day! You don’t get that service very often.
